More excuses

Just so you know....

I would totally update my blog, but I can't seem to find the cord for my camera and so I can't download any pics. :-(

Weep with me for a moment.

I'm sad to say....

...that I have not made running (or wogging) a habit.

Between the heat and humidity, crazy schedules, and vacation plans, I have not laced up my sneaks in at *least 3 weeks.

Lousy excuses, all three, I know.

I'm embarrassed to say it could be even longer.

How can I get back on the wagon? Or the road, actually.
