Random stuff, in no particular order about no particular subject(s) whatever.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

...oh, and don't be fooled. I often ramble here several times a day. Really, I know I should be doing something else - but don't TELL.

Why?

Okay, so I first noticed Blogger because my niece has been using it to update us on her pregnancy (it's over - I'm a great-aunt!!!!!). Baby Joseph is a healthy, bouncing baby. Yipee!

Anyway, so why am I doing this? I've never kept a journal and I'm already updating on a MySpace Blog. Am I crazy? Maybe. Maybe I should skip MySpace and link over here. Whatever.

I'm in Florida now, we're off to see Yankees Spring training today. It's strange being here in Tampa with Grandma gone. She died in June at the age of 100, so I can't really complain, but it feels like an end to an era - of childhood, family memories and more.

Anyway, if you're reading this, my other blog comments are on www.myspace.com/kwr221

Cabaret

Well, I was going to write on my MySpace blog, but it keeps giving me a technical error message, so here goes.

Like I've said, I'm not sure why I'm blogging, and I'm also sure that 90% of the time, it'll be boring drivel, but on the chance that I'll be memorable 10% of the time, I'll write once in a while. And I think it'll be cool to look back and see what was going on. I wish I was doing this when my parent's died.

Anyway, DH and I went to see Cabaret last night, What a risque, funny show! We were guests at a private reception before the show(hors d'oeuvres and open bar - what's not to like?)  and then had wonderful, center stage seats.  It was a great night out, and the kids had their favorite babysitter to keep the peace. I LOVE her, because, unasked, she cleans up the kitchen. Last night she even scrubbed the pans and ran the dishwasher. How great is that?! Well, I love her because the kids like her and she's nice, responsible, etc. as well. :-)

Okay, so it was a little funny that number one son is taller than the babysitter. He could technically stay alone, but he would probably maim his sister.
